Your Crimsafe security screens will be custom-built locally in Los Angeles. Our first in-home consultation to installation day takes 3-5 weeks. During the in-home consultation, our Design Consultant will give an approximate timeframe for installation. The typical installation, depending on the number of screens, generally takes less than a day.

Several factors determine the cost of your Crimsafe security screen, such as the screen size, type (window, door, patio door, arch, etc.) and installation requirements. Crimsafe Los Angeles’ Design Consultants will discuss these options with you and provide a free estimate. Book a free in-home consultation and quote.

Yes. Crimsafe produces a commercial-grade product specifically for applications needing additional security, such as banks or prisons. Our commercial-grade product uses five times as many screws to fasten the mesh into the frame as our regular product, and 60% thicker frames to further increase the strength of the system. Under normal lighting conditions, Crimsafe does not impede your view in any substantial way.

Yes! Dogs, cats, and birds are unable to penetrate the mesh with their claws and beaks.

No, that’s intentional. Black absorbs light and is non-reflective, so when you look through the mesh, all you see is light that has come straight through the holes in it, making it much easier to see outside. If the mesh was any other color, it would create glare and reduce visibility.
