Refer a Friend

1. Eligibility

• A Crimsafe Los Angeles customer is eligible to receive a referral fee ($200 Visa gift card) when their referred friend or family member purchases a Crimsafe security screen (window or door).
• The referred friend or family member, upon purchasing Crimsafe, will receive $200 off their purchase.
• No minimum purchase amount is required from Crimsafe Los Angeles customers or their referral to be eligible for this offer.
• This offer is applied to each refer a friend submission by a Crimsafe Los Angeles customer.
• Our refer a friend program is available to Crimsafe residential customers only; commercial projects are excluded.
• This offer is available exclusively through Crimsafe Los Angeles.

2. Offer Duration

• The refer a friend promotion is valid from November 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, and may be extended or discontinued at the discretion of Crimsafe.

3. Referral Qualifications

• Referrals submitted must not be existing Crimsafe Los Angeles customers.
• If a referral is submitted by multiple customers, the Crimsafe customer with the first submission will be given the referral fee.
• A Crimsafe customer cannot submit themselves for the purposes of purchasing an additional Crimsafe product to gain the referral fee.
• Multiple submissions are permitted; however, our team will assess each submission and will not provide duplicate referral fees to a customer for submitting multiple referrals within the same property (apartments not included).

4. Limitations & Exclusions

• The refer a friend fee only applies to Crimsafe Los Angeles customers and only after their referral purchases a Crimsafe security screen door and/or window.
• The Crimsafe Los Angeles team, upon payment confirmation, will add the referral $200 off value to the referred friend or family member’s invoice.
• The Crimsafe Los Angeles team will contact Crimsafe customers about their referral fee upon the payment and installation completion of their referred friend or family members Crimsafe security screen door and/or window.
• The referral fee cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

5. Right to Modify or Terminate Offer

• Crimsafe reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue this refer a friend promotion at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to update or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

6. Acceptance of Terms

• By participating in the refer a friend promotion, the Crimsafe customer or individual submitting a referral agrees to these terms and conditions.

Our Crimsafe team will contact you about the success of your referral upon the sale and installation of their Crimsafe security screen. The team will use the information you have provided above to contact you. If you are not contactable after 3 attempts using all methods in your submission. Our team will wait for you to call our office, and the team will ask some qualifying questions before providing you with your refer a friend reward of $200.00.

Yes, you can refer a friend outside Los Angeles. However, if the referred friend or family member cannot be serviced by our Crimsafe Los Angeles team, then the refer a friend reward may be invalid as they are considered ‘out of area’ for the offer.

Yes, definitely!  We encourage multiple refer a form submissions as it means more of a reward for you. However, the referred friend or family member must be different each submission and must not already be a Crimsafe Los Angeles customer. If multiple referrals live at the same address, these referrals may be considered one submission after our free in-home consultation takes place. 

No, our Crimsafe Los Angeles team is happy to be contacted directly with your referred friend or family member’s contact information. We will work with you to make sure you are comfortable with the information you are providing our team.

Yes, you can, but you may not be eligible for the refer a friend reward.
